In October 2019, Farley ended their six-month-long relationship after an episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation aired, showing Carpinello getting handsy with Farley’s costar Angelina Pivarnick. Her divorce from Roger Mathews

Jenni 'JWoww' Farley and Roger Mathews' divorce was finalised in August 2019, almost a year after Farley initially filed for divorce in September 2018. The former couple, who share two children, had been together since 2010.

Farley and Mathews' relationship was not without its problems, and in December 2018, Farley filed for a restraining order against Mathews, alleging that he had threatened to post videos of her on the internet to "show everyone what a terrible mother she is". Mathews, however, claimed that Farley was “hysterically shouting” at him and had threatened to call the police. Mathews also alleged that Farley had agreed to discuss their divorce on Jersey Shore for an additional $70,000.

In a statement, Farley said:

> While Jenni has refrained from making any public statements relating to her impending divorce, in light of recent events we have decided to make an official statement. Certain events transpired last night which lead [sic] Jenni to involve the authorities, as she felt it was in her best interests, and the best interests of her children to do so. Any statements and social media posts depicting anything to the contrary are entirely false, misleading and intentionally designed to cast Jenni in a negative light.

Farley and Mathews' divorce was not without its drama, with Mathews posting an emotional video to Instagram, in which he promised that he was "not done fighting" for his marriage. Farley, however, remained adamant that she was not to blame for the breakdown of their relationship. In a lengthy statement posted to her website, Farley alleged that Mathews' social media presence was a lie, and that he had given their son, who is allergic to gluten and dairy, pizza. She also accused Mathews of having a video of her that he intended to use as blackmail.

In response, Mathews denied Farley's allegations, writing:

> I am extremely saddened. Saddened, as I lay here next to both of our children, that we could not have found a better way to handle our differences. You and your post have made me a monster... I take responsibility for that night in question, and one other night that I can think of that I pushed you... I am not this monster you paint me to be. I repeat, you have never once ever conveyed to anyone I was ever physical in any way to you.

Despite the animosity between the pair, Farley and Mathews have since appeared to put their differences aside, reuniting to celebrate Easter with their children in April 2019.

Her career as a TV personality

Jennifer Lynn Farley, better known as JWoww, is an American television personality. She rose to fame as one of the eight main cast members of the MTV reality series Jersey Shore. Since then, she has gone on to star in several spin-offs and other TV shows, as well as launching her own fashion line and writing a book.

Farley was born in East Greenbush, New York, in 1985 or 1986, and attended Columbia High School and the New York Institute of Technology. Before starting her career in reality TV, she worked as a nanny and owned a graphic design business.

The show was renewed for a second season, which followed the stars at their actual permanent residences, and a third.

In 2012, Farley ranked in GQ magazine's "Sexiest 100 Ladies of the 21st Century" list. She also competed in and won the seventh season of Worst Cooks in America: Celebrity Edition. Farley made her feature film debut in 2015, starring in the indie production The Mint, in which she also served as an executive producer.
