Bailey's wedding day jitters
Baileys Wedding Day Jitters
It's Bailey's wedding day! But, as is typical in the Seattle Grace world, it isn't that easy. Bailey is a pre-marital mess. On the eve of her nuptials to Ben, she is taking all of her anxiety out on her co-workers. She is short with Kepner, who she tasks with taking on her patients, but isn't happy with how she seems to be passing the bulk of the work off to interns.
Bailey's nerves manifest themselves in other ways, too. She asks Callie and Arizona to be two of her bridesmaids, but without using that particular term. Instead, she tells Callie that she and her wife should just not sit down when they arrive at the ceremony. A clearly amused Callie clarifies, to which Bailey snits back: "Does the whole thing have to be about you? Just put on a dress, and don’t sit down." She asks Meredith in the same way, and Meredith, being Meredith, doesn't object.
"Everyone’s acting like I’m a jittery bride," Bailey yells later. "Maybe I have something to jitter about." But what is making Bailey so jittery about her impending wedding to a man that, honestly, seems almost perfect? Callie doesn't help when she tells Bailey that the best way to break the engagement would be just not to show up at the altar.
The only person who can calm Bailey down is Webber, who offers to let her scrub in on a surgery with him as a way to ease her nerves. It turns out that Ben had asked Webber to do that. But Webber is also the only person Bailey ever gets real with about why she is so nervous to marry Ben. "You think it’s a mistake?" he asks her. "I just feel worried. I never felt that way with Tucker," she replies. Webber wisely tells her, "A little bit of doubt is just a sign of an intelligent adult."
Bailey is insistent on driving herself to the wedding, but then Richard shows up with a limo to escort her. While they are on their way, he gets a call from the hospital saying his wife has been brought to the ER, so they take the limo there instead. Bailey immediately swings into action — she is concerned for Adele, and she also uses the tragedy to avoid her wedding further. She yells at the driver, "Turn the car around! We need to go to the emergency room at Seattle Grace Hospital right now."
There, Adele is in a bad state, having lost a lot of blood. Webber gets so emotional that the doctor who is working on Adele has to tell him to leave. Bailey takes over and eventually seems to somewhat stabilize Adele, who is wheeled off, with Bailey having removed her own wedding dress and veil to be able to get her hands dirty.
Back at the chapel, all the guests — mostly doctors from Seattle Grace — have assembled, and it doesn’t seem like anyone is too worried that Bailey isn’t there yet. But then Callie admits that maybe she had scared Bailey with her comments about just leaving Ben at the altar. And Ben hears her say this.
Will Ben and Bailey get married? We'll have to wait and see.

Richard helps Bailey through her pre-wedding jitters
Richard Webber, affectionately known as "Webber", helps Bailey through her pre-wedding jitters by offering her a chance to scrub in on a surgery with him to ease her nerves. This was actually at the request of Bailey's husband-to-be, Ben, who was thoughtful enough to ask Webber to do that for Bailey.
However, Bailey was still nervous about marrying Ben, and the only person she could get real with about her worries was Webber. She told him that she felt worried, and that she had never felt that way with Tucker, her ex-husband. Webber wisely told her that a "little bit of doubt is a sign of an intelligent adult".
Webber also helped Bailey by offering to drive her to the wedding in a limo, as she had wanted to enjoy her last few minutes as a single lady alone. However, this is when things started to go wrong for Bailey. Minutes into the ride, Webber received a call from Seattle Grace Hospital saying that his wife, Adele, was there throwing up blood. Bailey, already jittery about the wedding, used this tragedy as an excuse to avoid her nuptials further. She yelled at the driver to turn the car around and go to the emergency room at Seattle Grace Hospital.
There, Adele was in a bad state, and Webber got so emotional that the doctor working on Adele had to tell him to leave. Bailey stepped in and took over, eventually stabilising Adele. She had removed her wedding dress and veil to be able to operate, and the last shot we see of Adele is her being wheeled off by Bailey.

I found references to two notable people named Bailey who got married:
Bailey from Grey's Anatomy
In the episode "Run, Baby, Run", Bailey is preparing for her wedding day with Ben. She is nervous and jittery, and takes her stress out on those around her. She asks Callie and Arizona to be her bridesmaids, but in a very Bailey-esque way—by telling them not to sit down when they arrive at the ceremony. She asks Meredith in the same way, and Meredith doesn't object.
Bailey insists on driving herself to the wedding, but Richard shows up with a limo to escort her. On the way, they receive a call from the hospital saying that Richard's wife, Adele, has been brought to the ER, so they head there instead. The wedding is postponed, and Bailey goes back to the wedding venue and marries Ben after Adele is stabilised.
Cynthia Bailey from The Real Housewives of Atlanta
Cynthia Bailey wore two gowns on her wedding day to Mike Hill. The first was a vintage-inspired, glittering gown in a romantic shade of blush pink, with sheer, nude panels, a crystal-embellished bodice, and beaded details that spanned her waist and diaphanous train. The custom-made dress mixed art deco touches with ornate, hand-adorned lace for a dramatic bridal look. She wore a face-framing, floor-length veil with a diamond, floral hair accessory.
Her second gown was a sleek, white column dress with sparkling, sheer panels and a bold, art-deco-influenced single-shoulder silhouette. She wore this with oversized pearl and crystal drop earrings and a dazzling hair accessory.

Bailey's wedding postponed
Baileys' Wedding Postponed
Bailey's wedding to Ben Warren was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. The day started with Bailey experiencing pre-wedding jitters, which she took out on her coworkers. She was short with Kepner, who was covering her patients, and she awkwardly asked Callie and Arizona to be her bridesmaids. Despite her nerves, Bailey insisted on driving herself to the wedding. However, Richard Webber showed up with a limo to escort her.
On their way to the wedding, Webber received a call from the hospital. His wife, Adele, had been brought to the ER. They rushed to the hospital, and Bailey, a doctor herself, took charge of the situation. She removed her wedding dress and veil and prepared Adele for surgery.
Meanwhile, back at the chapel, the guests assembled, including the bridesmaids, Callie, Arizona, and Meredith. Ben was growing concerned about Bailey's absence, especially after overhearing Callie's comment about how she may have scared Bailey with her joke about leaving Ben at the altar.
The wedding was postponed, and Ben informed the guests that they were free to eat the food intended for the reception. He assured them that they would have the ceremony as soon as possible. After Adele was stabilized, Bailey returned to the wedding and finally married Ben.

Bailey's bridesmaids
In the episode "Run, Baby, Run", Bailey chooses Arizona, Callie, and Meredith as her bridesmaids. However, she does not ask them in a conventional way. Instead of using the term "bridesmaids", she tells Callie that she and her wife should not sit down when they arrive at the ceremony. Callie clarifies if she is being asked to be a bridesmaid, to which Bailey responds: "Does the whole thing have to be about you? Just put on a dress, and don’t sit down." Bailey asks Meredith in a similar manner, and Meredith agrees without objection.
