Plot overview

The Wedding March is an American-Canadian made-for-television romantic comedy film series starring Jack Wagner and Josie Bissett. The fifth instalment in the series, Wedding March 5: My Boyfriend's Back, was released in 2019.

Annalise Collins, one of the best wedding planners in New York City, has just started her own event planning company. The success of her first wedding will determine whether she gets investor funding to hire a full staff. However, she is shocked to discover that the best man is her ex-boyfriend, Brad Buckley, whom she hasn't spoken to in five years. Their split was not amicable, with Brad breaking up with Annalise on the day they were supposed to move to New York City together.

Meanwhile, inn owners Mick Turner and Olivia Pershing are approaching the 25th anniversary of their first date. Though they were apart for most of those 25 years, each wants to do something special to mark the occasion and surprise the other. They confide in their mutual friend and the inn's chef, Duke, who gets caught in the middle.

The question is whether Annalise and Brad's unexpected reunion will negatively affect the wedding and ruin her chances for investor funding, or if they can overcome the issues of their split.
