It's an honour to be here today, and I want to thank the happy couple for inviting me to give this speech. I'm sure Andy will be thrilled to see me here, considering he bum-rushed me after I gave a similar speech at Seth Meyers' wedding. I mean, who could forget that?

Anyway, I'm here to talk about the beautiful bride and groom. Andy, my beautiful knucklehead of a friend, you are a lucky man. [Bride, what an] exquisite creature. A brilliant lawyer with long coltish legs, beautiful flaxen hair, and perfect—well, you know the rest. How does a woman of such divine, symmetrical features marry a hook-nose? It remains a mystery, but it works.

I've known Andy for a long time, and he's always been a glorious bearded man with dirty hands and hair on the palms. He's a true friend, and I know he will always have my back. Unless, of course, there's a bottle of liquor involved—then he might just stab me in the back. But that's what friends are for, right? To forgive and forget.

So, here's to the happy couple! May your love be as endless as my sketches for SNL, and may your lives together be as chaotic and bizarre as my humour. Cheers!

Forte and Samberg's 'Saturday Night Live' history
