Stark Army's Fate Post-Red Wedding

Talisa Stark's death

She met Robb on the battlefield of the Westerlands, where she tended to a wounded Lannister soldier. Robb aided her by holding the man down and giving him a gag to bite on.

Talisa and Robb fell in love and eventually married in secret before a septon, pledging their lives to each other. Talisa became pregnant with Robb's child, and the couple planned to visit her family in Volantis after the war.

However, tragedy struck when Robb and Talisa attended the wedding of Edmure Tully and Roslin Frey at the Twins. The wedding was a trap set by Lord Walder Frey, who sought revenge against Robb for breaking a marriage pact with House Frey.

Edmure Tully captured

Edmure Tully was captured by his new father-in-law, Lord Walder Frey, after the Red Wedding. Edmure was held captive at the Twins, where the massacre took place, and was kept in the dungeon.

Edmure was still a prisoner when his uncle, Ser Brynden Tully, also known as the Blackfish, raised what remained of the Tully army and retook Riverrun. Walder Frey summoned Edmure into the main hall, where he was brought up from the dungeons in chains. Edmure was then used as leverage to try and force the Blackfish to surrender Riverrun. Edmure was threatened with hanging, and a knife was held to his throat, but the Blackfish refused to surrender.

When Jaime Lannister arrived to take command of the siege, Edmure was cleaned up and brought before him. Jaime offered Edmure a chance to live out his days as a hostage at Casterly Rock, where he would be reunited with his wife, Roslin, and their infant son. In exchange, Edmure would have to surrender Riverrun. Edmure initially refused, but eventually agreed when Jaime threatened to catapult his infant son into the castle. Edmure then approached the gates of Riverrun and requested entry, ordering his men to surrender and the gates to be lowered. The Blackfish's men were forced to comply, and the Lannister-Frey army entered Riverrun.

Edmure was then sent to Casterly Rock, under heavy guard, to begin his life as a hostage of House Lannister.
