If the player enters Vault 3 without starting the Aba Daba Honeymoon quest, kills all the Fiends, speaks with Motor-Runner, and then leaves, returning for the quest will result in Motor-Runner having no dialogue options to complete the quest.
Anders Dialogue Option Not Showing
For unknown reasons, the dialogue option to cut Anders down from the crucifix may not show. PC users can fix this by entering "addtopic AndersFree" into the console and then talking to him again. This may be due to not starting the "Oh My Papa" side quest, where the player needs to return Anders as proof.
Great Khans Gang Members Spawning
It is possible for Great Khans gang members to spawn when fast-travelling to Crimson Caravan Company during the quest. This can result in fighting and killing non-player characters inside the camp.
